so long din update, i almost forget my password.

1. I like this job. In CTICU.
there is twice when i go home at 11pm and one at 12mn when i end work at 8pm. because it was too busy and i can't finish my work.
I perform CPR on real person. the first time and my last time that I do, I was really desperate, every single time I use my strength, I am praying,God let the heart beat.
I am more independent, but with more expectations. And i am getting a little lazy, sometimes I will be soooOo lazy that I do things slowly.
I saw a real heart and lungs, not in OT, in my ward.
And is by God's grace, that I am in this place until now.
I startd night shift and I am enjoying.

2. I went to Cambodia for mission Trip.
which I will update more later.

this year, i really thank God.
from a phone call from siewling which i really enjoy alot on the 16th july.
till on the 17th july early morning, i asked for a specific case, when i reach the ward, and my staff nurse tell me i am taking another case, i still told God ''wo xiang xin ni''.
and sister change it when roll call start.

today is my off day, and i accomplish few tasks.

1) yeah, my sis and bro-in-law brought me a big birthday gift :D
something I want and have been wanting to have it. and yeah :D i got it!

2) housework.

3) i brought a jigsaw puzzle, i thought 500 words is too hard for me, cause the last one i do when i am in primary school, i took quite long. but i am almost done after 3 and half hour.
then when i am about to pay, the person tell me is glow in the dark one, i thought it was okay.
but end up, is a little bit scary as confirmed with jie.

i din really sleep more than 12 hours which i usually do during my off day cause i wake up early to buy the stuff.

conclusion: my off day is quite good.

Recently.

1. jiening birthday.

my turn soon.

1. my collegue celebrate her son 1 month birthday.
wow, phillipino have different culture, their food is also more of a ''zhong kou wei'' kind.

and then kbox.

gonna start night shift soon, in three weeks time?

yup, and thank God for the good roster that I have since I started working.

I am a 3month old++ staff nurse, with 4/10 passes in setting a IV cannula, haha okay, i know that equal to fail. but i am getting slightly better. and 1/1 venepuncture. 4 times to prime dialysis machine, 3 + 3 times receiving new case. and i am 3/4 way through my check list.

transfering patient X many times.

kinder bueno keep me awaking when studying. occasionally, facebook and youtube distract me.

hillsongs and planetshakers song keep me focused, the cd player plays a part.

ju hua cha keeps my sugar level high so that i feel energetic.

the chim words sometimes drive me crazy, but yahoo and goggle.com rescue it.

the thick book that cost $60++ and the patho book of the heart that don't have all the information inside drive me a little bit crazy some time.

meeko, the cat keeps me busy if i let her out of the room when i am studying.

and yeah, God's grace and strength keep me going.

His strength substain me.

fu qing jie kuai le:) yi nian duo le.. i had already started work, getting my third month pay in a few days time. i miss the time that i talked to you about work, i have so much, so much to say now. and mum already turn 54yrs old today. ''dian xiao er'' is a special place, because that is where jie brought the whole family after she started working and for ur birthday. jie gotten a cat, name meeko. cat eh, i know u will accept more than mum, cause when we are young, u always feed the stray cat outside our house with jiejie. and dear daddy, i am turning twenty one soooon. a age u always look forward. be it when u are scolding me ''when u turn 21, then u talk to me about it'' haha. iloveyou, papa.

good thing about induction is that it starts at 9am.

:D i do not need to wake up very early and the availability of seats is more too.
and we can sign the check list. not that in ward, we can't. but sometimes, u might do those stuff during emergency so where got time to let people see u do and then sign for u. yah, so do during induction is good too.

2. For the past few days,
First, minds cafe with seventh on Sat.

i like it. more than just the games we play, and we know our strengths. like judy is not good at grabbing stuff. haha :P

but i surely enjoy the few hours spend together. :D

okay after siewling persistent encourgament, i decided to go.

I went and it was pretty funny. like vanessa who sit beside me keep telling me that she scare she will fall down. okay, so i am officially graduated from poly.

yesterday is a busy and tiring day at work.
many people told me before..
the lastest is cindy, nursing is a 铁饭碗.
yah, u need to be a 铁人.
not just because when I am a new RN and can't go break. not because of the time that I need to stay back because I can't finish my work on time and need to miss cg, or miss the time that I can rest.
铁人= not being hard on the heart.

i enjoyed myself, ALOT!

whether is taking the coach bus together, asking jiening and soohoon to remember to wake me up when the bus stop. and listening to planetshakers song through discman. haha cause sis ipod spoilt on the day itself that i am going off.

or going to play at theme park. the seventh output frequency is rank 7 out of 10. cause is quite high. i enjoyed myself eating with them. be it at burger king early in the morning, candy floss at theme park, kenny rogers, pizza, dim sum place, sushi king, black noodle and the super nice and cheap breakfast we had or when we skip our lunch cause we are busy shopping on sun afternoon. end up we took tibits, tibits and tibits.

:D shopping is another highlight.

1) finally. I finally completed my Basic Officer Training Course.

after going there for 3 times. haha finally, i completed the 2 sat course.

the 2 hours drill session really going to kill me.

haha. and quite impressed since the whole contingent can do the drill quite well.

2) drill competition.

we gotten the bronze award.

it's okay, it's alright,

Memory of the year.

hah. my mum cam ehome at 11.50pm and said she dropped her watch at the drain.
cause i din go to bus stop and help her heavy stuff back.
after like 15 mins discussion whether to go and find the watch.. because..
1) the drain is super deep.
2) trying to find a touch light.
3) the only guy, my bro in law is not at my house.

so mum called jiejie, and asked her how.
until my mum said ''papa mai gei wo de''
the watch is brought my papa.

yah so i took my small little touch light used for nursing that cost sixty cents and show my mum.
mum: sSO small.

since we can't find jiejie touchlight, we went down.

walked till half way, mum called a guy to helped us eh.
she said i used to play with him when i am small..

after looking at the drain for 5 mins..

mum: shan go and take bamboo, hanger..
i went home and took whatever i think it can take the watch out of the drain.
by the time i go down ar, the watch is retrieve back already.
the super tall guy went down to pick the watch.

THANK GOD.

wasn't very willing at first, until heavenly Father reminded me about a WANT-TO-Attitude.
something i learn few days ago..

I finally graduated!
I remember the times when you wake me up to go for attachment and school when I talk to you the work I do and the patients I meet and you will always remind me to be a good nurse when i complain sometimes how fierece my nurse can be.. and the times when we will talk about hospital allowance. and the future hospital I want to work. and I remember when I got my one and only AD and got the cert, you gave me money and said continue to work harder. I remember, starting when i told you I going nursing, you and mama are like ''you want ar?'' and you said if it is what I want then okay.
and papa, I remember telling you to wait for till I graduate and then you can stop working cause I can support you financially, i told you to wait for me few years more. and i remember you saying to me that once i start working, you can retire liao.
papa, finally I graduated and finish the 4 months of attachment.

i am at day surgery, quite sad ar. cause i wanna to be in major OT, so my attitude was tested.

and cause i was the only chinese, and seperated from all my friends which i have been with them for the past 2 weeks and i really love if i can be with sharon and the rest.

for first 10mins, i failed and i realised.

said sorry to Daddyinheaven and i changed the way i react.

the staff are really nice, they offer milo and biscuit to us.

our CF say she will try to request and see if i can go and see the cardiac op. :D

4. mum waited for me at tanjiong pagar for a very long time because i want to cut hair and i asked her to wait for me.

and she din say anything.

cause on sunday, me and my friend at workplace brought drinks. it was $4.80.

time really got wing ar.. fly so fast. 2008 is going to end.
as i flip through my diary, read through my previous blog, scan through my memory. cannot deny that God's blessing is overflowing, He never fail to stand beside me, no matter what. in faithful time, in faithless time.
last sat, i am at a small table in timah mac with joys, likhoon and xueli, as i think through the past one year, what are the things to thank God for.
when i went home, read through my diary, there is really alot more to give thanks.

this year is really different for me, as i walked through the tough road, God's everlasting and overflowing grace substain me. from daddy being sick last year nov till he went for operation, came out, first time seeing daddy cry, receiving God's promise that my dad will be saved. seeing God performed miracles in my family. daddy going to hospice, coming back home. from eating a super big bowl of rice till smaller bowl then to porridge then to few spoonful and then to egg and milo. chocolate ensure.

from walking a long distance like home to westmall, westmall back home. home to bukit timah area. till walking awhile then sit down. and then to wheelchair. sitting on chair to watch a tv show became a burden. saying 'i love you' to dad for the first time. from daddy being against of christianity and talking about Jesus till he keep quiet when i talk about it, agree to my baptism. then to saying ''I believe in God'' and telling uncle phua to pray for him. and till he said ''Amen'' loudly when uncle phua finished praying.
the financial support God provided.

a year of support God had been giving to my family.

the tenth company is an important part of my life.

year 2007 is our first year of getting gold after a few years gap.
my batch was the first batch to get GOLD EH!
:D anyway we gotten it.
this year as our principle went up the stage to collect, i am really proud.
we are one step nearer to get the substain award.

year 2008 is a different year as we have our second batch of DI's.
first was alicia
second was peiru, jaslyn, xueling and fiona.
it is also a year of second batch PBB.

a year where God's grace really cover over us.

we won Gold in the challenge thingy, and is in the 2nd position out of 50+ companies.
we are the only cca that gotten gold company award. we got 16 sec one's girls joining us.

and how i gotten over the sad period, and putting all my trust in the Lord.

so i am using my sis laptop.

this week in hospital is quite exciting, because i saw those critical skills.. like insertion of tracheostomy, normally is done in the OT but patient wasn't stable enough, so they did in the ward.

chest tube insertion, i suppose to see it earlier lah but today is my first time. but busy taking and preparing other stuff that i only get to see for 10seconds.

I did blood transfusion for my very first time eh. okay really slow, and i din know there is this book call blood book. my friend know cause is her third time doing blood transfusion at my ward eh.

quite stress ar. there's really alot to learn.

2. ECGs is driving me a little crazy. there is alot to learn especially when you begin to hear people asking you questions.

being a student is a good time to learn and make mistake.

and sometimes the kind of people i face, thoughts that came to my mind drive me a little crazy too. constantly looking up to my Father-in-Heaven, drawing strength from Him keeps me going.

3. I had a very bad nightmare yest night.

4. God never says i will never have worry in my life or worries will never bother me. but God promise say I can cast everything to Him, I can lay every burden down at His feet. I can give all my worries to God because He love me. Because He cares for me. Because i am His princess.

Faith And The Promises

God can do anything, but He does not, without those who believe.

What is faith? It is not an extra brain lobe or a piece stuck on our soul. We choose to believe. Faith is an attitude. Faith is the only basis possible for any workable relationship. It seems to me that faith in God is not only good, but it is the only decent thing to do. It is ridiculous to expect dealings with God on any other terms. How else can an invisible God relate to us, now or during the unknown future? If we cannot go that far, what are we worth? If we cannot trust the Almighty of all beings, who do we think we are? It is the least God can expect: "Without faith it is impossible to please Him." If anybody says, "I'm not a great believer" that is too bad, because God is not pleased with them! Would they - or anybody else - be pleased if somebody did not trust them?
Faith is not certainty; it is a personal issue. Somebody may have proved himself up to now: but the future holds only personal assurances. We trust them because we know them. If we thought that they would change, we would not trust them. We read in the Bible who God is. We may have proved Him for ourselves up to this moment: but for the future, we can do no other but trust. No faith is needed to believe two plus two make four: but life is a degree more complicated. Circumstances change like the ocean. The vastness of things affects the future. Obviously, what God might do is affected; He does not cut across events as if they did not occur. He may work no magic, turn no pumpkins into golden coaches. 3 big thing that happened within a week that haven end.

1. I am sick. very sick.
doesnt want to take mc on tuesday, so went to work. but cannot take it, end up took mc.
need to replace one sat eh.

2. i lost my I/C

3. I lost my BCLS CERT!

argh, dunnoe how i lost it. cause i put it together inside a bag. seldom bring the bag out, but can't find it yest.
the thing about the i/c is need to spend $ to make.
the bcls cert is another impt thing, cause the hospital need the cert. if lost, i need to re-attend the course. :(

3. today is end of my third week at ward 20. sometime might feel a little regret when i keep hearing stuff from A&E. and when i heard a comment made by a staff nurse.

but i still thank God that i have got the opportunity to learn lot's of stuff that might not happen in general ward.

my aim is to learn 10 abbreviation a week. haha attainable cause one day i will come across with lot's of abbreviation. :D

4. NUH zha shui jiao mian is very nice.

5. I am abit forgetful and i always forget the things i need to do. so i always need to write down and remind myself. i want to stay faithful in the little things that i have. because i have not been faithful to it.
i am quite angry with myself today of making a mistake. and i am thinking of how to solve it.

i took 2 case today :D and thank God i manage to tranfer a case to another ward today! really great experience! and my staff nurse is really nice:D

thank God. cause everytime the transfer will delay for quite some time because there is no available bed. got ppl wait 2 days ar.. my one is fast :D

my staff nurse is guiding me and my another friend, so busy that she din go break. at least i still get to eat something :D

sometime i wonder why, and if i say to another person and it will be like gossip. and is no good!

and if i don't say out, i don't feel good.

yah so again, to no one else but the One that know me best, inside out.

and i really can't stand those very very bad words coming out from ppl mouth, i used to do it too when i am sec 1/2. my dear Heavenly Father changed me.

ward 20 is good because is only at 2nd level, and the lift only up to 2nd level. so no need to wait for very long. but you need to press the ''bell'' and wait for someone to open.

yesterday we went for a E-IMR training. IMR is where all the medication order are made. like the doctor will write what meds to giv. E-IMR means electronic one, is inside computer:D
so yest we went, at first was still complaing to connie. cause is 2 and the half hour eh.
at the end, a student from NUS came to do a survey. and say will pay us $10 eh. haha is a research project.
like the one i did(rmb yunru?) if we agree and do the survey, will give us ten dollar.
yah even though we are just student nurses, but still can participate :D
and yay.

today in ICU, quite free. only got 2 patient eh. but i did learn something :D and i believe i will learn alot.
which other ppl might not really focus on it, like focusing on ABG, ECG, chest tube, those emergency drugs.

yah staff there are quite nice yeah, ward sister is quite motherly like that.
haha :D but she keep saying we are going to stay for 2 weeks only when we said we will stay till next yr for a number of times haha.

anyway, the envt very good. very clean and not messy. things are found easily. :D
anyway, our lecturer incharge is kylie, a very good lecturer. but yah mus do alot of homework :D

today quite stress, stress with un-necessary stuff.

sis anna and alicia went. i supposed to go but i change my shift. yah so din went.

and i repeat myself, and they went ''oh ya, chickenpox..''

oh yah my long ruler that cost $0.50 spoilt today when i drop it on the floor.

i drop 2 medicine on the floor, alcohol swab that is in my hand and the ruler.

i did a ecg, when the pt is from another cubicle that is far behind me.

i did the ecg despite doing 2 out of 3 ecgs earlier.
2 out of 3, cause the third patient shouted at me. :(
said a prayer before i approach the pt, the pt still shouted at me.

the two words ''thanks alot'' doesnt seems to make my day better or make me feel better.
so i look up to God, and tell God how tired and all the complains i have. i didn't at first, i called khoon yest to complain.
today, i told God first. other than the feedback, God will be the last.
and look to God and wonder why i am not in SGH, why chicken pox that two weeks, and not only i cant go malaysia, i need to be alone.
then i know God's plan is the best.
what He arrange is the best. and even though now i still can't really understand and behave like a little girl to Him throwing tantrums but i know His love for me is greater.
pastor once said when you ask God to let you be more patient, He will allow circumstances to teach you to be more patient.

and i know to thank God for is, what God told me when i got chicken pox and what bro johnathan reminded me about.
that i din have chicken pox when papa is still around, if not sis and mum can't cope with taking care of 2 sick person and i might pass it to papa and it will be worst.

and to thank God for my chicken pox is a mild one.

1. Attachment at NUH.
it had been quite busy and tiring at a surgical ward.
and my legs is getting from bad to worse. even after changing the shoe.
haha. but i am too busy to care about my leg.
was quite fun because got a patient teach me malay.
she know i can't communicate with her, so when she understand what i am talking in english, she will like tell me in malay.
haha.
next is the complaining mouth of mine got to stop man.
complain too much ar especially when other's also.
to thank God :D
last time when i got to know i am posted to NUH, i really like complain.. and don't like it.
but somehow i feel i shldn't appeal to change to SGH..

aiyah if i would to post every single thing of my life, it will like never ending...

yah God always turn something bad to good, yeah?
today i almost destroy a person's life line.
and i almost drown myself with all the negative thoughts, those thoughts that i surrender to God and it came back.
for that 15 mins, my tear glands is shouting ''i want to come out'' and my legs is almost wanting to run away.
and thank God, i told Him how i feel.
like what i told fiona, those thoughts knock at the door of my heart.
i know i got to refused to let them in, they may enter for awhile, but i sweep them out of that door and shut it because i know i already lift it up to God.
the person's life line that i refer to is..
AVF. arteriovenous fistula is a access method where kidney patient use for dialysis.
and when they got that in either their right of left hand..
you cannot apply pressure on it..
esp taking of blood pressure.
if spoilt, the patient life line will be destroy.
and they need to go through another operation which cause a bomb and there is risk that they might be unable to insert.
and during this period, the patient will suffer alot.
yah so i almost make this mistake.

why should i worry and fret when I can cast all my anxiety on Christ who care for me (1Peter 5:7)
- twenty I cans.

yah sometimes when ppl say ''pray'' to my problem or when i say ''pray'' to ppl problems,
like very funny.
but recently i had been saying ''pray, pray, pray lor'' to myself alot of times.

:D jus now i mention God always turn something bad to good..
i am supposed to end work at 8.30pm.
for the past few days, normally don't have anything to do one, just wait for the time to come.
but today at 8pm, a staff nurse from infront cubicle call my friend to change diaper for her.
the staff nurse is from front cubicle and we are from back.
yah so may called me to help her.

when we are at the patient bedside..
my friend: the 2 years one stand down there nothing to do.
why we are doing a year one job?

and then i realise the diaper is very very very very soak.
and everything need to be change including the bedsheet.
looking at patient condition, very tough eh.
okay main point is we stayed there for 45-50 mins.
hahaha
normally change diapers very fast one right..
but this case ar very tough eh.
first, patient very edema, then very hard to turn.
while cleaning the patient, a wound on the left abdomen is noted to be bleeding.
so after clearing up and make the patient comfortable, we change the dressing.
so we left around 9pm.
aiyah supposed to go bbhq, i told gladys i will fly down to meet her after i finish attachment.
end up cant.. so stayed at home for one night as mama also don't want me to go.
partly i guess cause nobody will be at home (before she knew jiejie is coming home).
yah yah.

and today miss tina just tell me i will get $50 of allowance only.
other ppl get $150 because they work for 3 weeks.
i also will work for 3 weeks but $50.
because 2 weeks i take MC, the time i replace got no money, is free labour. and i very very very sad eh.
haha. we got six weeks, ppl got $300. i only got $200 :(
and the process time take 2 months like tht.

that time we do a small spring cleaning, jie clear up the computer and the computer table is in my room now ma.. cause the printer spoilt already so she throw away.. then i thought when i get my first 3weeks allowance i can buy printer using my own $.
haha never mind, no urgent need.

like a simple off plug, i must ask alot of question. and it took me 5 mins to find where is normal saline.
today i learn alot of thing :D
and God had been opening up my eyes and heart.
for example,
yest got a patient want to call the family and is like making alot of noise, and as what i heard, she is like that one.. always make big fuss..
what ppl see at first sight is she always like that, very irritating.
yah is irritating and like troublesome, but i think the impt thing is WHY?
why she react this way?
yah today ward got 1 case is must take special note and give special attention one.
cause i got nothing to do, so help my friend transfer this patient to somewhere.. then during the process, the patient keep ask us to cover him with blanklet..
yah must be very patient to keep telling him that we already cover him welll..
but impt is why he ask?
why he feel this way?
could it be insecure? he is afraid of what ppl might look at him?
yah so when we left him 1 side to wait for the dept nurse to take over, i ask him not to worry, just rest and later we will fetch him back.
and he ask me again to cover him.

:D sometimes the patient behaviour might be very very irritating, or give you alot of troublesome.. but what matters to me is why this patient react this way?

last time i got patient suddenly doesnt want to eat, take medication, will throw away food. this is irritating.. and like you are so busy yet she dont want to cooperate..
but reason: her children had not been visiting her, she want to get the children attention..
yah.

yah..
is still not easy but with God provided strength and courage, I CAN DO IT:)

last friday is my first day stepping out of the house :D
and early in the morning, something stupid happen..
haha after seeing doctor and going to ntuc, i make my way to the interchange to take bus to bbss.
while walking, i saw bus 77 coming so i ran..
half way i realise i haven buy bus concession, then i look at my wallet then coins only got 70cents aiyah so cannot board the bus.
went to buy the bus concession..
then queue up for bus 173..
while q-ing, i take a look at the receipt then i realise the bus concession will start on 7 Sep which is sun..
then i wonder why leh. so i thought i buy wrong..
then i cant get out of the queue because alot of people and i can't climb out of the hole..
haha so i waited.
then when the bus driver came, everybody walk in the same direction to board the bus except me.. haha
went to top up $10.
then waited again for bus 77.
then when i board the bus, i realise my bus concession actually haven expire. that's why my new one will start on 7 Sep, not i buy wrong.
so i wasted time waiting for bus..

went for drill :D
and i really thank God there is likhoon and yuityeng around.

then i find out jaslyn, fiona, lilin, choonyan and christine dunnoe what is

aiyoh hahaha. they ask me and expect me dunnoe also but i know :D

963 really got no space to sit eh!
even though is nearer then SGH but if i take bus to SGH, got seat.
haha and morning really very very crowded.
yah so everybody ask me about chicken pox..
still getting familiar with how the ward work.. so din do much today.
i don't look like a year 3 student. haha
and because i din wear my nursing shoe for a very long time, my leg is like shouting ''pain ar pain ar'' after 11am..

the nurses that i met so far are really nice :D
and this time i am in male cubicle eh!
first time in my whole 3 year posting.

today i talk to this grandpa, he is not in my cubicle but i was walking around and he call me.
the way he read newspaper is very cute..
then we begin to talk and can see how joyful he is when he talk about himself and the family.
okay the main point here, the most impt job i did today is talk to patient :D

wanted to administer antibiotic, for 3 time eh, kana cheated.
first time is the medication is with me, because the bed number is wrong so i took some time to find the patient record (IMR) then end up the staff nurse give already.

second time is the label they write wrongly, so become the patient already discharge so no need to adminster.

third time is the patient went for ultrasound when is time to give the med.

and is confirmed, the two weeks i will be alone, the only student in the ward. JIAYOU!.

my house is undergoing a small spring cleaning period because my mum and sis is clearing stuff that is in papa room..
so the big table that put my computer is now in my room. previously is at the living room.
so now i have a BIG table :D
so as i clear my stuff again, i see alot of photos and encouragement cards and letters.
one day i will post it up when i find the scanner software.

i am recovering very very fast..

jiejie told me bro-in-law chicken pox is grow all over the face and body and is very very bad.
and his parents dunnoe cook what kind of stuff for him to eat and drink, he recover faster so mum begin to do all that.
i think my case can consider very minor already.
yah and i really enjoy myself at home, haha.

i almost had heart attack when i found my stack of badgework notes and some paper stuff at the recycling corner few days ago. my family recycling corner is somewhere near the TV. yah, i guess my mum put all the paper there, any paper that is lying on the floor. then jie was asking me ''you don't want liao ar?''

then i realise is my notes.. haha.
and thank God, that i found out before mum recycled all those paper. :D

i almost died from walking to the clinic and back to the clinic even though is not very far..
haha. first day, i still thought i can enjoy my life at home and is not so itchy yet. and i almost died again struggling to sleep at night. sleep one hour then wake up again because of the itch.
yah lor like wat jiening say, why chicken pox at this age sia?

mummy specially apply off day to take care of me:D

yah so during the 2 weeks, when ppl are enjoying their holiday, i need to go back alone to pay back the 2 weeks of MC.

then just now when i go to the clinic hor, i think i quite stupid eh.
me: issit a female doctor?
staff from the clinic: *give me a very shock look* and nod.
cause i think the clinic only got female doctor and the doctor name is obvious that is female.
haha.
then i gave the staff my i/c and say i never come here before..

after awhile, the staff say i got go before in 1997.
WOW i think when i am pri 3, when i just moved house.
yah cant rmb.
the doctor quite cute, very motherly look.

me: got anything i cannot eat ar?
doctor: there is 2 set of thinking, one is traditional and one which i am taught.. (then she tell me......) then she went but if ur house got a 60yr old lady, there is no point to start a war over what u can eat and wat u cant.

i just took the anti-itch medicine, pray that the medicine will work powerfully.

doctor: this anti-itch medicine will be a little drowsy.

in my heart, i am like I DUN MIND! I WANT!
sleep is a very important part of my life.

it take around 10 days with the medicine i am taking to let the chicken pox all come out then disappear.
today is only the 3rd day and i really feel like chopping off my hand, shave my hair, just scratch and don't care.
but mum keep emphasize, u cannot scratch hor.
will have one hole one hole.

yah so i dun dare to go hospital today, called my teacher and they went ''HUH, u never had chicken pox before meh''?
and ask me go see doctor.

cause is early signs so the doctor say possible chicken pox, to review seven days later and confirmed it.
now more is coming up, i scratch 3 and it broke :(
cause this morning i din suspect is chicken pox.

then now my head also have liao.
do pray for me.
pray that i will not scratch..
haha cause itchy eh. then i cannot take it, i can only use sleep to counter it.
yah then i quite bothered by something.

that time when jiejie clear papa room, she found a birthday card i wrote to daddy. he keep it. together with a certificate that i got.

and the time we do exercise together at your bedside.. or dance together while hearing the radio.
discussing what we should buy at ntuc with the voucher uncle phua give us :)
and telling you how happy i am to receive the voucher from hospital so we can buy pampers.
the time when me, you and jiejie compare our height. and when jiejie say i fat, you will say ''no lah, where got'' :D and the time when you support me and let me go missions.
the time when we go see the tomato and amazed by how fast they grow, feeding the fish together and getting anxious when the small fish dun eat the food. and you always catch the little insects that fly into the house and throw them outside the window. i miss the time when we watch ''tian long ba pu'' together because nobody watch this kind of show. and when you watch some ancient show, you will explain to me the history. i enjoy the time when you make milo for me and you forget to put sugar. or when you cook maggie mee, and pretend you put the seasoning but in fact u din :)
and during o level combined science, giving me chicken essence to drink because i din sleep the whole night. i miss the time when i will write letter on the table to tell you i will be home late or i will eat dinner outside. and when you will call me before you start work to ensure i am home already and tell me you cooked dinner.

that day i went to the stall where we always buy fish soup for you.
we always buy fish soup, using water and only put fish, tofu and the noodle.
after a very long time, the aunty was like asking ''wah you so long din come, papa bu yao eat liao ar?''
hehe then when i order, i told her i want the normal one.
not the special order one.

and the many many years of hardwork you put to support the family.

laughing together. i miss your smile. and the time when you don't object me and jieje eat kfc and when i eat biscuit and chocolate in front of you, you din scold me but ask me to drink more water and tell me coke is bad for health.
i miss the time when we do the ''twist'' sign to each other and when jiejie told me you did '' i love you'' sign to mummy.

we present our final year project 2 weeks ago..
really thank God for my poly friends.
won't see them as often, yeah.
they are the people that always help me out in school work, tolerate my ''sa jiao'', mood swings and calling the snorlet to wake up. they are the 'poke flute'
haha. won't forget the time we spend together...
- like watching the jacky chan movie at ard 10am+
- going to yunru house and do project

nursing management, the last paper of my three year nursing life.
the last exam paper that i am gonna take:D
by God's grace, i survived through the NS 5 exam paper.
teacher give very clear clues..
thank God for reminding me and helping me to spell the drug name. and remember the drug for different condition. the word ''thrombolytic'' almost killed me. got one question, supposed to write down what you need to assess for under circulation, i almost forget. prayed:D and i recalled.
:D my fridge break down again.. it break down once then my mother friend came and repair.. then it became normal but after a few days it went crazy.
last time when it went crazy, the meat turn into black colour(EEEee..) and the prawns all spoilt.
this time round, my hotdogs became super disgusting and sister strawberry turn black colour also.
haha my mum refused to throw away the hotdog when i am not at home because she want to show me how disgusting it was.
only the freezer and the last compartment work now.

alot of thing spoilt for the past few months....

apart from my laptop adaptor, our house vacum machine said byebye to us after 11 years. haha.
not bad eh, the old one better. new one very noisy.

my laptop. (okay, is sister laptop haha) used to be a letter ''L'' when i open. now it can be a horizontal line. haha. and i think that time after showing how ''amazing'' it is to siewling, yunru and adeline. it became worst. to find the 90degree point for it to stand is hard. haha

can lah, i will take care of the laptop.

my phone went crazy again, few days ago, while i am on the bus, suddenly 10 msg pop up. and is all one day ago de sms.

the bag which seventh brought for me spoilt also. haha :( sorry. not spoilt lah, hmm i dunnoe what is that thing call but it drop off.. khoon know lah, i tried finding but..
hehe but i will think of creative ways to amend it. dun worry:D

i am going for attachment soon, i pray that God will let me view the patients like how He will see them. for a clear mind to make wise decision. yeah, i will talk more about attachment again.

i am crazy sometime, so i close the blog for awhile and open again :D hahaha.

haha just like my phone. went crazy last last friday. the night we had 2n3 gathering. i msg eugenia and khoon, they did replied but i din received. so i thought they din reply then i call them.. but i din suspect my phone spoilt lah:D
until gladys and nana ask me on fri why i din reply.
then i change sim card and use mehmeh phone.. and 32 new sms pop out. wooooooo.
then during gb, my phone drop again and i can start receiving sms. hahaha

- watch money no enough 2. watched with adeline, yunru, connie and siewling. hmm my plan is to watch again with mummy, jiejie and bro-in-law. but end up my mummy friend saw me at the cinema so my mummy found out i watched already. so she go watched with her friends. and ask jiejie to watch herself. haha i rmb ''huo yuan jia'' and 881 i watch two time.

one time with mummy, jiejie and bro-in-law and one more time with daddy and their working time is always different, i am always the free one:D and i dun need to pay 2 ticket money eh.

now using my sister laptop.
even thou the laptop i used also her's haha.
few months ago, the laptop wire actually spoilts, suddenly gt sparks, i think use too long haha so bro in law send his adapter.. cux they got same laptop before..
today spoilt again.
sister shake her hand and wonder how i take care her laptop.
hahahha.

i also dunnoe how, cux the cover of the laptop also loose already, cannot stand still one, either 180 flat or i find a very good 90degree point for it to stand..

so tml going to repair the wire. all my important documents like gb claim forms, prog, contacts, project, photos all inside. no adaptor cannot use eh.
and after solve finish the adaptor thing, i will send 'my' laptop to hospital also.

woohoo.. after a long period of time.
including searching for blog skin, found one nice one end up cannot use. then continue searching and trying to figure out how to do certain stuff hahaha.
yah and after a long period of time, i am going to a update of things that happened haha :D

1) this is the picture taken during .. hmm haha forget wat occasion, dun think is new year cux this year we eat steamboat.

this is the last meal daddy cooked so ''feng fu''. cause he stop cooking after he was sick. being the chef of the ng family, he always cooked food that is worth at least 2 plate of rice.. of course not all the time, only special occasion. hahaha :D the crab in the picture is special, because i request to eat, he don't like to buy crab.. haha. this year, the table from 5 plate of rice is reduced to 4 plate. can't find the steamboat photo, even though dad din cook, he is teaching mum verbally how to cook the soup la, when to put the chicken bones and stuff.. haha :D being the cook of the family, he will cook food for me to eat when i return from work at night.. the best thing about dad cooking is less oil, less salt, less everything or sometimes even nothing. yet taste super nice one. super healthy:D and sometime he will put some funny food like tomato, ginger, dong gua, ku gua and want me to eat. i will negotiate with him, hehe and eat abit only. really, cherish your papa, mama, siblings. for me is jiejie.

the chef of the family, the one that can stop me and my mum from ''talking loudly to each other'', who cook for me to eat after i came back to work at 11pm before he fall sick, who give me $ when i run out of $ given by mum, who always ask me not to eat maggie mee, who love me as who i am, and like to pinch my chubby face.

okay that's about daddy:D

2) Really wan to thank those who are being there for me.

my school the peng you, always helping me in school work, reminding me of assignment and telling me what to do and waking this SNORLAX up(anyway, i realise we din have a group photo yet, better have one soooonn.) haha and for uncle phua, bro johnathan who really spend alot of time with my daddy till he trust them and say they are good friends. for helping in my family stuff and blessing the family. yah and buy ointment for my parents to apply, bring my father back from hospice.. wanna thank regina parents and uncle dorsan(sp?) who came and visit my dad, they spend one night just visiting my dad. doctor peck for his concern for my family and dad's salvation. bringing pastor gilbert to my house to sing song and share to my dad.. giving me 2 hokkien worship cd and book, which my mum read occasionally and say listening to the song and reading the lyrics will let feel peaceful.

miss chiew and victor sir:) hmm alot eh, buying food foy my family, come and visit my dad, send me here and there, the asking me''how am i doing'', job, advice, deliver the air mattress back to the hospice, treating me eat.. alot ar:)

3) next mum is at westmall swensens working already.
quite tough for her ba, different environment and more jobs to do.
she said she want this song that is playing on my blog in her handphone. wahahahah

4) jiening birthday. we went to mind's cafe, a place recommend by khoon. not bad, but din catch up much leh. well my ''da shou'' is coming WAHAHAHA.

national unversity hospital is the hospital that i am going to go for my 6 months attachment. i always go to SGH for attachment, pray that will be able to get used to the environment as fast as i can and can really learn alot.
to thank God, cause is nearer. even if, if there's a need to take cab in the morning, it will be cheaper and will not be so late.. hahaha :)
thank God, can reach home earlier. haha even thou when i know i going nuh, i complain till cannot stop.

5) SNORLAX
Snorlax (カビゴン, Kabigon?) is a gigantic Pokémon with a huge body somewhat in the shape of a bear. my project required me and my group to go knocking at the houses selected and do interview. if accept, good lor. if reject, WAH no good. if not at home, even worst. haha i guess. anyway had a great time together with them. adeline is my partner eh, yah we prayed before we do. yunru they all also. we prayed and God always helped us to get alot that day.

one example is, yunru knock on this person door, trying for very long nobody opened. she wanted to leave already, prayed a prayer. she turned away wanting to leave, then the person open the door and accept eh. :D

yeah. i enjoy the time spend together. esp. ''asking why connie is late.'' hahah. :D
